Unlock the potential of Matterport models by converting your spatial data into a Level of Development (LOD) 200 Building Information Model (BIM) available in .RVT and .DWG formats.

:

1. Architecture: This includes visible walls, floors, doors, columns, ceilings, windows, bathroom fixtures, stairs, and roofs.

2. Interior Furniture: This covers visible desks, tables, cabinets, shelves, chairs, seating, appliances, kitchen elements, and some wall fixtures.

3. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing): This involves visible HVAC ducts, plumbing fixtures, pipes, power/data outlets, and some conduits.

If your space falls into one of the categories below, you must select both Architecture and Complex Industrial MEP:

• Mechanical Room (Boiler, Chiller, Plant)

• Electrical Room (main equipment rooms, distribution rooms, local/branch equipment rooms, computer rooms)

• Fulfillment Centers

• Manufacturing Facilities

• Warehousing Facilities (with heavy machinery)

• Data Center

Please note that the standard offering is applicable for spaces up to 50,000 ft² (4,645 m²). For spaces larger than 50,000 ft², contact support. The price estimate may vary based on the final square footage calculated during BIM File creation.
