Details: Matterport TruePlan™ is a downloadable asset generated from a Matterport model and uploaded into Xactimate. With a simple click, you can order a TruePlan™ directly from Matterport, receiving a comprehensive, as-built, and Xactimate-compatible sketch of the property.

Who is TruePlan for? TruePlan is valuable for anyone involved in the estimating process related to property loss and restoration cost. It is used by restoration contractors, carriers, estimators, and adjusters throughout the insurance loss cycle.

• Models must only contain scans from a Matterport Pro, a Leica BLK360, or a compatible 360 camera (Ricoh Theta family, Insta360 ONE family).
